  • Production location and carrier routing are determined by the partner network to balance capacity, cost, and speed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by product and destination.

Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates

  • A range of shipping speeds is offered. Costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery times include order processing, production, and transit. Final costs and times are shown at checkout.

Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided after shipment. You can view order status in your account dashboard or e-mail.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally through our partner network. Most orders are produced locally when possible to minimize transit times.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees

  • Destination duties and taxes are determined by local regulations and are typically collected at delivery, unless stated otherwise.

Damages and Issues

  • If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will coordinate with the shipping partner to resolve.
